主管護師考試資格條件：1、取得相應專業中專學歷，受聘擔任護師職務滿 7 年；2、取得相應專業專科學歷，從事護師工作滿 6 年；3、取得相應專業本科學歷，從事護師工作滿 4 年；4、取得相應專業碩士學位，從事護師工作滿 2 年；5、取得相應專業博士學位，即可以參加考試。
